Cladding

Single-Tube Cladding

Circumferential cladding / spiral cladding of headers & single tubes (e.g. for superheater coils)
Cladding lengths: max. 14 meters per tube
Layer thicknesses: 1 mm to ≥2 mm
Welding process: E-pulse or CMT process (cold metal transfer)

Membranewall Cladding

Cladding on ready-to-install membrane wall panels
Layer thicknesses: >1 mm to ≥2 mm
Cladding lengths: max. 9 m per panel
Welding method: Two-pass CMT technique with a 50% overlap

On-Site Cladding

Maintaining plant availability and cost-effectiveness
On-site weld cladding for high-risk erosion and corrosion zones
