For more than 20 years, STEINSERV has been offering solutions for the modernization, modification, and repair of pressure part components in conventional power plants, waste-to-energy plants, and other industrial sectors utilizing boiler systems.

We are one of the most experienced suppliers of cladded and non-cladded tube-fin-tube membrane walls, as well as inlet distributors and outlet headers for pressure parts, including high-pressure applications.

Pressure part welding technology – both in our own manufacturing facility and on-site in boiler systems – is one of our core competencies. Highly qualified site managers, along with assembly teams consisting of welders and plant fitters, complement this portfolio to provide a complete, all-in-one package.

With our own engineering and design department, as well as in-house manufacturing and assembly, we are capable of responding to our clients’ individual challenges and delivering tailored solutions.

L.&C. Steinmüller was founded in Gummersbach as a family business and evolved from a paper mill into a steam boiler factory. At its peak, the company employed around 5,000 people and supplied large-scale boilers worldwide.

The private, family-owned company was acquired by Philipp Holzmann AG and continued operating under the same name.

L.&C. Steinmüller GmbH was subsequently acquired by Deutsche Babcock AG.

Six former executives of L.&C. Steinmüller GmbH founded STEINSERV Steinmüller Serviceleistungen GmbH to continue their combined expertise in steam generation and waste incineration.

Following the restructuring of the Steinmüller site, modern offices and workshops were established in the Gummersbach-Sonnenberg industrial area. The location offers sufficient space for specialized personnel and allows for future expansions of manufacturing capacities.
