Manufacturing

› Manufacturing of our products for industrial, power and environmental engineering at our Gummersbach facility
› Assembly of headers & distributors incl. end caps, nipples and nozzles
› Pre-assembly of heating surface bundles including supports and brackets
› Pipe and tube bending in cooperation with qualified subcontractors
› Manufacturing services including preheating and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) if required, as well as inspections by internal QA or external third-party inspection agencies

Membranewall Fabrication

› In-house fabrication of membranewalls (tube-fin-tube)
› Procedure qualifications (PQR) are available for the following materials:

· P235GH
· 16Mo3
· 13CrMo4-5
· 10CrMo9-10

› Fabrication of all standard dimensions and pitches available
› Custom fabrication of complex membranewall designs according to customer specifications, including manhole and burner openings / bends
