For over 20 years, STEINSERV has been offering solutions for the modernization, conversion and repair of pressure part components in conventional power plants and waste incineration plants, as well as for other industrial sectors in which boiler systems are used.<\/p>\n

We are one of the most experienced suppliers of clad and unclad tube-web-tube diaphragm walls as well as inlet manifolds and outlet headers for pressure parts, also in the high-pressure range.<\/p>\n

Pressure part welding technology, both in our own production facilities and in on-site boiler systems, is one of our core competencies. Highly qualified site managers with assembly teams consisting of welders and plant fitters complete this portfolio to form a complete package.<\/p>\n

With our own planning and design department as well as production and assembly, we are able to respond to the respective challenges of our customers and deliver individual solutions.<\/p>\n

L.&C. Steinm\u00fcller was founded in Gummersbach as a family business and developed from a paper factory into a steam boiler factory. In its heyday, it employed around 5,000 people and sold large boilers worldwide.<\/p>\n

Certified Quality<\/span><\/h1>\n

STEINSERV is certified as a manufacturer and welding company for the production of load-bearing components and kits for steel structures up to EXC3 according to EN 1090-2 and certified according to AD 2000 regulations. An SGU management system in accordance with the SCC** standard has been introduced. The welding quality requirements according to ISO 3834 are checked regularly. STEINSERV is a specialist company in accordance with the German Water Resources Act.<\/p>\n
