For more than 20 years, STEINSERV has been offering solutions for the modernization, modification, and repair of pressure part components in conventional power plants, waste-to-energy plants, and other industrial sectors utilizing boiler systems.<\/p>\n

We are one of the most experienced suppliers of cladded and non-cladded tube-fin-tube membrane walls, as well as inlet distributors and outlet headers for pressure parts, including high-pressure applications.<\/p>\n

Pressure part welding technology \u2013 both in our own manufacturing facility and on-site in boiler systems \u2013 is one of our core competencies. Highly qualified site managers, along with assembly teams consisting of welders and plant fitters, complement this portfolio to provide a complete, all-in-one package. <\/p>\n

With our own engineering and design department, as well as in-house manufacturing and assembly, we are capable of responding to our clients\u2019 individual challenges and delivering tailored solutions.<\/p>\n

L.&C. Steinm\u00fcller was founded in Gummersbach as a family business and evolved from a paper mill into a steam boiler factory. At its peak, the company employed around 5,000 people and supplied large-scale boilers worldwide.<\/p>\n

Certified Quality<\/span><\/h1>\n

As an approved manufacturer and welding shop, STEINSERV holds qualifications for the production of load-bearing components and kits for steel structures up to EXC3 according to EN 1090-2. The company also complies with AD 2000 regulations and has implemented an HSE management system certified under the SCC** standard. Furthermore, welding quality requirements according to ISO 3834 are regularly audited. STEINSERV is DIN ISO 9001:2015 certified and recognized as a specialized company under the German Federal Water Act (WHG). <\/p>\n
